How does indian fleabane spread?
Indian fleabane primarily spreads through seeds that are dispersed by wind, water, and animals. When the flowers mature, they produce small, lightweight seeds that easily catch the wind, allowing indian fleabane to colonize new areas. Seeds can also be carried by water during rain or floods and by animals that may transport them inadvertently attached to fur or feathers.
