Mackay's heath 'Dawn', also known as Ericas 'Dawn'
Mackay's heath 'Dawn' was discovered in Dorset England by DF Maxwell, who named it after the niece of H.E. Beale. The blushing pink-white flowers of this hybrid are lighter colored than most Heather flowers. This plant is popular with gardeners because its evergreen leaves offer year-round color, and its flowers' summer and autumn color.
