From Ground: Start by
watering the crevice alumroot plant thoroughly. This will soften the ground, making it easier to remove the plant. Then, using a trowel, dig around the root ball being careful not to cut into the roots. Once a trench has been created, gently lift the plant from the ground, ensuring you have most of the root ball.
From Pot: For crevice alumroot plants in pots, start by watering the plant. Turn the pot upside down, supporting the plant with your other hand. Gently tap the bottom of the pot until the plant slides out with the soil and roots intact.
From Seedling Tray: If the crevice alumroot is still a seedling in a tray, fill the new pot or hole in the ground first. Then, water the seedlings and use a spoon to carefully lift them from the tray, making sure not to damage the tender roots.
