From Ground: Initially, provide the mexican Lobelia plant a quick water splash to moisten the soil. Then, dig a generous perimeter around the plant using a shovel, keeping the integrity of the plant's root ball intact. Be cautious while using the shovel under the root ball to elevate the plant from its original position.
From Pot: If you're removing from a pot, it's simpler. Water the soil in the pot and gradually tilt the pot while gently pulling on the base of the mexican Lobelia plant. Be careful not to tug too hard and damage the plant.
From Seedling Tray: If the mexican Lobelia plant is in a seedling tray, fill the tray with water till the top and let the seedlings soak up the water. By holding the seedling by leaf (not stem), gently push from the bottom and remove the seedling when it's wet enough to slide out without any resistance.
