Signs of Overwatering and Underwatering
Overwatering or underwatering your False bird of paradise can lead to various issues. Overwatering is often indicated by yellowing leaves, root rot, and a wilting plant despite the wet soil. On the contrary, underwatering can cause the leaves to curl, dry out, and eventually turn brown. To prevent these problems, check the top 2.5-5 cm (1-2 inches) of soil; if it's dry, it's time to water. Otherwise, wait a few more days and recheck.
