Echeveria 'Minibelle'
The deep green leaves that are predominantly red around the edges, and the changing color of the tips to a more vivid terracotta red when exposed to sunlight and cold temperatures, are the most noticeable features of Echeveria 'Minibelle'. Ed Hummel created this hybrid from an unknown parentage.

Water: Echeveria 'Minibelle' thrives in semi-arid conditions, needing minimal water. Water once every three weeks, allowing the soil to dry completely. Ideal for indoor growing, echeveria 'Minibelle' requires well-draining containers to prevent root rot and maintain appropriate moisture levels.
Fertilize: Most succulents, including echeveria 'Minibelle' , thrive in poor environments and generally do not require fertilization. A small amount of slow-release fertilizer can be applied in early summer; however, fertilization should be avoided during dormancy to prevent nutrient damage.
Pruning: To maintain the shape of echeveria 'Minibelle' , prune redundant or dense branches in spring and fall using knives or scissors. For propagation, cut a stout stem with 5-6 leaves, apply sulfur powder to the wound, and plant after it heals, using slightly moist soil.
Propagation: Succulents can be propagated using seeds, though cuttings are more effective. In spring or fall, cut a healthy leaf and place it on slightly humid soil at 25℃ (77℉) in bright, scattered light. A bud typically appears at the leaf base within one to two weeks.
