Water: Goupia glabra originates from tropical regions, thriving in high humidity and consistent moisture. It prefers weekly watering, tolerating brief dryness. As an evergreen, it needs reliable hydration for growth and benefits from outdoor cultivation for natural rainfall support.
Pruning: Prune goupia glabra in early to late winter to manage its density and shape. Remove dead or crowded branches to improve air circulation. Regular, careful pruning enhances goupia glabra's health and appearance, while avoiding excessive pruning helps maintain vigor and promotes robust growth.
Propagation: Goupia glabra can be propagated via cuttings by selecting healthy stems and making clean cuts. Use rooting hormone, plant in well-draining medium, and keep moist. Place cuttings in indirect light and maintain consistent, moderate temperatures for best results.
