Royal lily 'Album' prefers moist conditions but cannot tolerate standing water. During the seedling phase, maintain a strict watering schedule. Once established, reduce frequency unless in drought. Always water after topdressing and ensure proper soil drainage during rainy periods.
Fertilize:
Fertilize seedlings early for optimal growth and amend soil based on conditions. Apply compound base fertilizer before sowing and again when seedlings reach 10 cm (4 in) and during rapid growth or bulb enlargement, amending soil twice throughout the growing season.
Pruning:
Royal lily 'Album' is a striking perennial featuring trumpet-shaped white flowers and a sweet fragrance. Prune in early to late spring to remove dead stems and spent flowers, promoting healthy growth and blooms while ensuring good air circulation to prevent disease and enhance plant vitality.
