Pine
Pine is an evergreen conifer found throughout the temperate and cold regions of the world, and is one of the most widespread conifer species. Pine can typically grow to 20 meters or even taller. The needles of pine are usually dark green or blue-green in color, and sometimes have white or yellow stripes. Pine pollen is a major allergen in the spring. The cones produced by pine in the fall are one of their most distinctive features and are usually cone-shaped or spherical. Pine wood is hard and has an attractive grain, and is used for construction, furniture, and paper pulp. In addition, pine is widely used in horticulture and landscaping, and has a strong adaptability to various environments.

Water: Pine thrives in moderate hydration and is drought-tolerant, requiring watering every 1-2 weeks. It prefers well-draining soil to prevent excess moisture, making it suitable for outdoor growth while adapting to less frequent rainfall in its native habitat.
Fertilize: Pine requires frequent, small applications of fermented organic fertilizer during growth periods—monthly in late spring, early summer, and fall. Avoid nitrogen fertilizers and high concentrations to prevent root damage. Do not fertilize in midsummer, severe winters, or during rainy spring seasons.
Pruning: Pine features a tall, evergreen form with needle-like leaves. Prune in early to late winter, removing dead or crowded branches to boost airflow and light. This practice promotes health and growth while reducing pest risks. Utilize sharp tools and consult experts for advanced techniques.
Propagation: Pine is propagated by sowing seeds from mature cones, ensuring they're pest-free. Enhancing germination may require stratification tailored to the species. Seeds should be sown in well-draining soil with proper moisture and light. Careful handling of seedlings increases survival during transplantation.
