Pomatosace is endemic to the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau in China. Pomatosace is a biennial plant that grows from rosettes of basal leaves and divided into lobes along its length. The flowers are borne in umbels of 3–12 flowers on a stalk 1.02 to 16 cm tall. Each flower is white, with five petals fused into a tube.
Water:
Pomatosace thrives with consistent hydration and should be watered weekly. As an indoor plant, it benefits from higher humidity levels, which can be enhanced by placing it on a pebble tray to support its lush foliage.
Propagation:
Propagation of pomatosace is achieved through seeds, requiring light exposure, moderate temperatures, and well-draining soil. Pre-treatment may aid germination. Sow seeds shallowly, keep soil moist, provide bright indirect light, and transplant seedlings timely. Be cautious of overwatering and extreme temperatures.
