The markus grows fast, is very adaptable to various environments, and can be grown in the open all year round. Its leaves are constantly green or yellowish-green, but turn golden and pink in seasons that provide plenty of light and the right temperatures. Propagation by leaf cuttings is usually successful, and the plant grows quickly after budding, often in large clusters.

Water:
Markus flourishes in dry conditions, requiring infrequent watering every three weeks to allow soil to dry. This drought-tolerant evergreen is best cultivated indoors, where water管理 is controllable, enabling it to maintain vibrant foliage despite reduced hydration.
Fertilize:
Fertilize markus monthly with diluted succulent and cactus food during the growing season, using quarter-strength doses to prevent harm. Water before fertilizing to ensure nutrient absorption. Reduce feeding in winter and adjust frequency according to growth stage. Follow fertilizer guidelines for optimal care.
Pruning:
To maintain the shape of markus, prune dense branches in spring and fall using sharp tools. For propagation, cut a stout stem with 5-6 leaves, treat the cut with sulfur powder, and plant in slightly moist soil after the wound heals.
Propagation:
Succulents can be propagated by collecting seeds or more commonly through leaf cuttings, preferably in spring or fall. Cut a healthy leaf and place it on slightly humid soil at 25℃ (77℉) under bright, scattered light. A bud typically appears in one to two weeks.
Repotting:
Repot markus every 2 years in spring for its moderate growth. Select a slightly larger pot with good drainage. After repotting, provide bright, indirect light and refrain from watering for a week to help the roots settle and heal.
