How do you propagate wild cosmos?
To propagate wild cosmos, collect seeds from mature flowers after they've dried. Sow the seeds directly in well-draining soil in a sunny location after the last frost, covering lightly with soil. Water gently and keep the soil moist until germination, which typically occurs within 7-21 days. Thin seedlings to about 12 inches apart to allow for growth. Wild cosmos can also be propagated by cuttings, placed in water or soil until roots develop, then transplanted outdoors.
