How do you propagate centipede tongavine?
Centipede tongavine can be propagated by cuttings through stem segments or leaves. Cuttage through stem segments is discussed above. To propagate via leaf cuttings, cut healthy leaves from the middle and upper parts of branches from the base of the petiole (leaf stalk) with a knife, and insert into clear water or cultivation substrate. The underwater penetration of petiole should be 1.02 to 1.5 cm deep. If it is too shallow and water is not replenished in time, the leaves will wilt easily. If it is too deep, the petiole will rot. Change water once every 5-7 days after planting, and maintain high air humidity and good ventilation.
