Full Sun vs. Partial Shade
When it comes to sunlight, Acidanthera is quite particular. This flower, with its beautiful white blooms and delightful fragrance, thrives best under full sun conditions. Full sun means it should get at least 6 hours, preferably more, of direct sunlight each day. In regions with intense summer heat, however, a bit of afternoon shade can protect it from scorching. In contrast, Acidanthera can tolerate partial shade, but this will often result in fewer flowers and potentially weaker growth.
