From Ground: Start by watering the white baneberry plant lightly to moisten the soil. A spade can then be used to dig a wide circle around it, being careful to keep the root ball intact. With the spade, carefully work underneath the root ball to ensure that you can lift the white baneberry plant gently without damaging its roots.
From Pot: Water your potted white baneberry lightly. Carefully tilt the pot to the side, and gently tug on the base of the stems. The plant and root ball should slide out. If the plant is stuck, it may help to tap the bottom of the pot.
From Seedling Tray: Water the white baneberry seedlings lightly and then gently prise the seedlings out of the tray, preferably with a dibber or a suitable tool, making sure the root system remains as undamaged as possible.
