From Ground: First, put on your gardening gloves to protect your hands from dirt and potentially sharp roots. Then, using a shovel or spade, dig a wide and deep trench around the noble orchid. Try to keep a large soil ball surrounding the roots to protect them. Lift the plant gently in order to avoid root damage.
From Pot: Water the noble orchid to dampen its soil. Turn the pot on its side and gently slide the plant out. If the plant doesn't slide out easily, tap the pot to loosen the soil and roots.
From Seedling Tray: Use a gardening trowel to carefully lift the seedling, ensuring as many roots as possible remain intact. Small tools, such as a fork or old toothbrush, can be utilized to remove the soil from the root ball gently.
