How do you care for a dill?
To care for dill, plant in a sunny spot with well-draining soil. Water regularly, but allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Dill can tolerate short periods of drought. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Fertilize with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season. Dill prefers a soil pH between 5.8 to 6.5. Protect dill from strong winds and support with stakes if necessary. Harvest leaves as needed, but do not remove more than one-third of the plant at a time.
