From Ground: First, water the rosette mullein plant to dampen the soil. This will make it much easier when it comes time to dig up the plant. From Pot: Turn the pot sideways, hold the rosette mullein plant gently by the stems or leaves and tap the bottom of its container until the plant slides out. You might need to give it a couple of tries to loosen the plant.
From Seedling Tray: It's important to be gentle while removing rosette mullein from a seedling tray to avoid disrupting the delicate roots. Using your fingertips, carefully pry around the seedling and then lift it out of the tray.
