Murraya are a genus of citrus trees and shrubs, which have fragrant flowers and showy berries. They are used in gardening as ornamentals, and sometimes as rootstock for grafting different citrus fruit plants.
Water:
Murraya prefers evenly moist soil and has moderate drought tolerance. Water every two weeks, reducing frequency in cooler months. As an evergreen, it retains foliage year-round and is best grown outdoors to take advantage of natural rainfall.
Propagation:
Propagation of murraya is done via seed sowing or stem cuttings. Seeds need well-draining soil and warmth. For cuttings, use semi-hardwood segments in a humid, indirect light environment with rooting hormone. Ensure consistent moisture to prevent rot. Monitor for root development.
